It's kind of hard to view "reality shows" as overstayed, because most of them are the same from day 1. I think this survey and list are synonymous with the concept of "jumping the shark", which, ironically, Happy Days is on the list.
As for Scrubs, I think it was a victim of vision. I was told that Scrubs was supposed to be a comedic version of ER, where no main character lasted more than a couple seasons. NBC didn't like it, saw the appeal of the cast, and insisted they stay. When NBC finally got rid of the show, the creator decided he would pick up his vision. That's why there was the season of the new crop of interns, and then they re-designed the show to be Med School.
Unfortunately, it became Saved by the Bell: The New Class all over again.
Which begs the question, shouldn't Saved by the Bell be on that list?
Family Guy is so unfunny now, it's just really sad. I used to be in stitches over that show.
I stopped watching Heroes in the clusterfuck that was season 2, but someone said the most recent season picked up a little bit again? Idk, someone come get me if they reach season 1 quality again.
Scrubs should have ended when Zach Braff peaced out. That 70's Show should have ended when half the f'in cast left.
Why is Heroes not on this list? The show didn't deserve a second more than its 1st season, maybe not even that.
edit: shit, beaten
Newer:
Simpsons
Family Guy
Scrubs

Saved by the Bell
Full House
Family Matters
They are dead on about 24. That show has been awful for a long time now...
Heroes and Family Guy should definitely be on that list.
The Tonight Show With Jay Leno.
How the fuck is AFV on that list but Family Guy isn't?
I can get more laughs in one episode of AFV than I can in an entire season of Family Guy.
I don't really agree with the positioning of 24. Sure the two seasons before this one weren't that great, but I don't think it makes it the top overstayed show of all time. This season has been one of the best, and I don't think two subpar seasons means it gets the #1 spot in this list.
A bad Season of 24 is better than a good season of any other show on that list.
Survivor is just as good now as it's ever been.
(Meaning I still enjoy it though I know I worded it for haters to agree with the statement as well).
Family Matters. Used to love that show when I was a kid but I looked at some episodes recently out of boredom and holy crap were the last few seasons garbage.
Should also be a list of shows that didn't have enough seasons like Martin.
