The article seems to be talking about a neurological problem, but according to that quote in the OP, it mentions nothing about the brain, only genes.

I came into this thread thinking that William's Syndrome was created to describe people who were not racist. As in, no other symptoms or disorders, and is otherwise normal and like anyone else except for not being racist.
