Canuck's missing Mitchell allows the Kings to run around during the PP. At the end of the day Johnson & Doutey anchored the line much better. Even though there was no call on holding the stick on Wellwood and no distinctive kicking doesn't change the end result. Lol.

ive always liked the 'nucks, but i also cant help but root for the Kings. their D is awesome, and Kopitar is a beast. but i want them to win mostly cause of Terry Murray. I always liked him here and he's a great coach.

its such a good series. sucks i cant stay up for the whole game though.

Taylor Pyatt alone makes me want to cheer for Phoenix, even if they weren't underdogs going against the Airborn Red Tampons. Having not neccesarily lost a loved one like that but having had my girlfriend become suddenly very hurt/ill a couple years ago (about 6 months into our relationship) and how painful that alone was, I can only frightfully imagine how hard the past year must've been for him.

Yeah Pyatt's life has been a tough one for the last year. Really glad to see Phoenix doing something so he has a purpose right now. Another player I feel for is Theodore in Washington. Dude loses his baby but continues to try and play. Sucks that he probably won't get another start unless Varlamov shits the bed.

Just proves Bruce Bordeau is a fat fucking lard ass who exchanged his soul for a Krispy Kreme. I drafted Theodore in fantasy and rolled with him all year and I remember saying that he'd excel with the motivation in the wake of his son's passing and he did just that, and they pull the carpet out from under him 2 games into the playoffs for the entire team underperforming. Oh well, Varlamov sucks and they'll pay for putting him in.

Kesler should have it wrapped up, Datsyuk is one of the best players in the league but takeaways are the only stat he really excelled in this year, and I'm sure they want to give the trophy to someone else at this point. Staal is a very good defensive player too, but Kesler had the best year of the 3 I think.
