Though its funny how eerily similar your post is to this one. Probably can just go read from that post and below and get everything you need.

looks fine, if anything i'd go with a gigabyte motherboard over a asus and a cheaper case and and go with a 5870.

If you're gonna build a full-size computer, use a full size ATX motherboard. It's only an extra $10 for this board but you gain added expandability and SATA 6GB capability.

Then again, I personally like to recommend Gigabyte boards so you can get this one instead for the same price as the one you picked out.

Ordinarily, I would agree with Gigabyte.

    But.

Specifically for H55/H57, the ASUS boards outperform the Gigabyte offerings at the same price point.

Also, current SATA6 controllers onboard are kinda mediocre compared to standalones. They're an upgrade from SATA3 if you have or plan on using SSDs in the near future, otherwise the motherboard will likely be obsolete before SSDs hit a price point where they will be commonplace in mainstream PC builds.

Why would you get a H55/H57 board? You're not using a i5 CPU with the onboard video, and even if you did you'd be disabling it in favor of a real gaming-grade video card..
