I remember Notouchy being a good player, I was in Zen at the time he joined. I don't know what the conflict he had with Pers was about, but I know for a fact that he had no interest in NASA at all (he stoped playing when NASA was still running). His attendence wasn't that bad but I remember him saying that he had some RL stuff that was keeping him busy, he never complained about what job he had to go as and which camp he was supposed to be at. I think he would be a great addition to any shell, wish you the best.

Notouchy is a good guy personality wise(to me, others may disagree). As long as your not to much of a HNM shell I don't really see a problem with at least giving him a trial. His attendance for HNM was pretty flaky but for most part (if my memory serves me correctly) his participation for the other events wasn't to horrid. Skill wise he is an average player can't really say anything bad. Leadership wise I was never in his Dynamis shell, only played with him in his time in Perseverance. If more information comes to mind I'll gladly PM you with details.

played with this guy a few years backon gilgamesh he's a great whm reliable and has an excellent understanding. not sure what his rdm was like only ever played with him on whm, 1 off the few from gilga i still have on my friendlist.

Srsly, good dude, not the best but was always willing to learn and take suggestions. His RDM was pretty solid after he did work on it so Idk about the potshots on Zenith Slacks lol~

Edit: On attendence, he pretty much showed to every scheduled event I had with him from Sky/Sea when I was in that shell to a Limbus shell I co-led.
