Yeah, but I believe wiggers and chavs are different. Mostly because of the women, I guess the closest thing America has is trailer trash/red necks.

And chavs aren't trying to be low class, they ARE low class. I know a few people who were raised with complete chav families and turned out alright, but when your family makes fun of you for having an education, you know you got to get the fuck out.
