It's a light meter. Used to see how much light is hitting an object (the vagina), so that an exposure can be correctly calibrated with a camera.

Fx = How wide the aperture is open (how much light is allowed into the camera)
1/xxx = Amount of time (in seconds) the camera shutter is open
ISOxxx = The light sensitivity of the film (film speed)/sensor.

Gotta make sure that the vagina isn't over/underexposed.

I'd be willing to wager that the picture is from before Pluto's classification was officially changed. Supposing that is, in fact, the case, faulting someone for replicating the planetary order included in every elementary astronomical textbook since time immemorial and for not making a (at the time) nearly semantic distinction known only to students of astronomy is useful only for pedantic and pretentious internet douchery. I'm not defending the chick, I couldn't give two shits about her gaudy taste in body art. I'm remarking upon your incessant need to have every post you make on this forum be a showcase for your intellectual lexicon.
