Do any of you nigga's have a bad ass workout routine?
I have never worked out before, but would like to actually start a cycle and begin. I am 20 years old and weigh roughly 125-135 pounds. So yeah, i'm a skinny motherfucker. Maybe as skinny as bagel. I don't have any history or knowledge of routines, sets, etc. So when I read shit like "Skullcrusher" or "Fly", it kind of unmotivates me. Not because it sounds intense, but because I have no idea what the fuck it is. None of my friends work out daily, so it's slightly intimidating when I head out to the gym. Do any of you have tips, or actual routines that I can pick up? I, like most people, would like to actually build muscle. Also, what kind of diet should I be having? Obviously not fast food and shit, but any specific vitamins or minerals? My metabolism is shockingly fast. If i eat something unhealthy like panda express, chances are that i'll shit it out in the next 2-18 hours.
I'm trusting you spam. I promise to work out for you. Just give me a routine and some tips. I'm not lazy, nor am I afraid to ask someone to spot me although I'm the skinniest nigga there. I tend to push myself and my body; I won't pussy out. I'll even make a blog to post my progress; it'll motivate me more. I just need a nice routine where I can begin. If you need more info just ask.
