Fenrir Knight/Dragonmaster (hardly matters because you'll generally only ever be doing stat downs on bosses or the like, both jorm and and naga should be able to clear screens of mobs so not having a FST doesn't mean much)
Put that shit together with Wanderer and then someone with a decent FST in the third slot and you've got a decent combo.

Honestly though, I'd probably take either Hawk or Lise out if it were me and throw Kevin in as God Hand.
