Most people don't have a problem with your 3rd PT apps until they interfere with another person's enjoyment of the game which is what claim bots are specifically designed to do even if you don't look at it that way.

Everything interferes in some way, however minimal. As far as spellcast botting, I haven't seen it done, but it's such an open-ended plugin that I'm sure it has been. The fact it allows anyone to bot with no scripting knowledge or money spent alone is sketchy, but people have already deemed it okay because of who released it.
