When I said I thought the game was beyond saving, I meant I do not think there is a solution to botting in FFXI. That's still no reason to be a part of the problem.

The issue isn't that the game is dead but in SE's eyes the content is dead. They feel that they've given enough alternatives to HNMs that an overhaul isn't necessary and a significant number of people aren't complaining. How many people on BG do you think have e-mailed SE about kings in the last year? I'd be willing to bet the number is lower than the number of people that e-mailed them about restoring black belts or relic horns.

Just out of curiosity, does JA0Wait really do anything that putting a blinking swap in doesn't? The only JAs that I ever have to stop moving at all for are DNC ones because of the extended animations, I put one swap into my JAs for each job, usually just trading the hands out to another piece with similar hp/mp/etc, and I never stop moving when I use them.

That's pretty much all it does, though blinking can fail due to lag at times.

A problem without a solution, by definition, isn't a problem- its an inevitability. If one has no opportunity to alter said inevitability, for the better or for the worse, why is one at fault for participating in it?
