Nothing special, the login queue system and they added 3 lines to the game manual.

Well you can't expect them to like, account for all of the people who will actually be playing the game at the same time. I mean that's just crazy.

I will take a wild guess and say that your e-mail also contain the following line, right next to the link you clicked.

I just got an email from square, or what I think is square, saying I was selected to be a beta tester. Unlike everyone else, my email said the website wouldn't be available until June 9th.

I went to the https://dev-na.ffxiv.com/ beta test site, and it just lets me redirect to the Square Enix Account Management System. I log in there but I still can't do anything on the FFXIV site.

As long as I'm not the only one, I feel much better. Ever since my WoW account got hacked a few months back, I've been super paranoid.

Just seemed sort of odd that it was starting two days after all the other emails.
