I missed last test, did they turn the ability to stack inventory items on again? I'm filled up with crap drops and the NPC selling interface was really slow.

I sold all my drops and questleve rewards on Saturdays test. It's been accumulating since the 2nd or 3rd test, can't remember. Anyways it only took me like 7-8 minutes to sell all my stuff. Wasn't Unbearable.

Doubt anyone knows this, but how interdependent are drops to craft? Like are there junk drops that are just sold for Gil or is it all craft related like you obtain "HQ Turtle Butt".

They all seem like craft mat drops but its hard to say since most of the crafting jobs aren't in yet.

Most things are feathers, leather, hides etc.

That antelope sure looks realistic. i can't help to feel like I'd be killing bambi or something. They look so pure and non-threating. Now if it agro's me, It will be dinner...

Whats funny is the Antelope (females atleast) have the passive-aggro ability that Dolphins did in Sea XD

I had one follow me for about a minute. I've also heard talk that even though these types of mobs (Antelope, Aldgoat) won't agressive-aggro, the males will aggro if a female is being fought near-by.

I'll try and 100% confirm this tomorrow. If that's the way they are making the AI in this game I'm going to be extremely excited.

As for the male-female agro thing, I can confirm that it isn't true or at least isn't 100% of the time.

Just a thought on the origins of classes aesthetics: I was playing FFIX just now and Freya's (a Dragoon/Lancer) body armor is very similar to that of FFXIV's lancer starter gear. They both are cloth and leather-like in appearance and where Freya's coat of arms is there is similar padding in XIV.

I wonder if we'll see many more similarities between the aesthetics of FFXIV and previous FF's?

Look at the way the bottom flares out on both, the position of the white patch on Lancer vs. the coat of arms on Freya, both arms are poofed out and the striped design on Lancer's arms is that of the shoulder pads on Freya. It's really more in the basics than the finer details.
