Couldn't you cast in AF2 body and not worry about -enm at all since the faction of a second might not make a difference based on other haste gear and buffs?

You could. But a fraction of enmity isn't going to make a difference either. (That said I'd probably just use Duelist's because my recasts were practically capped regardless.)
