[Bismarck] Salvage Group Looking for whm

I am looking for a very skilled WHM with subs SMN/SCH on Bismarck with past salvage experience.

Atm we are capped on almost all gear and sell , splitting the gil 5 ways .

Wishlist system:

Post a list of 5 items from priority 1 ~ 5

E.G

Ares's Legs > Marduk Body > Usukane feet > Morrigans legs > Skadi's body

You'd get highest lot on Ares's legs If another member has them on spot 2/3/4/5

Our alexandrite Is split 5 way as well after each run , making aprox. 500~600k every week per person.

Timing :

We usually enter @ 12:30 am ~ 1 am est

Runs start Friday up to Wed, Thursday Is off yet we do double runs on Friday night making us clear 7 salvage's per week.

Up to date we've made almost 45m gil in the past 2 month selling salvage gear.

P.S : A whm with multiple jobs would even be better , DD Is not needed we already have Relic MNK/ Relic drk / Relic sam (bow+gkt)

Looking for a RDM with multi jobs as well , Well experienced (Phalanx II, Bio III merits should be capped) 2 piece refresh would be a must.

just curious, but why would bio III be better for rdm in salvage than dia III
