    Computer Crashing with 2 GPU's

Hello, I'm having an issue playing most full screen games while my video card is using two GPU's when I disable this feature and use only one, it works fine. any ideas on how to make my video card not be gay? and use both GPU for better performance? I also have the latest drivers and lasted versions of direct x...also tried using old drivers including beta drivers and nothing seems to work. The game flash into a black screen and then I get the blue screen of death. I have also RMA this video card and still having same results. Games that crash...Crisis, Red alert 3, star craft 2 beta. games that work with 2 gpu's diablo 2

anything overclocked? Try setting your mobo bios to default settings? Check videocard connections to mobo? Are they in the right slots? Check psu wire connections to the video cards? ummm
ran out of suggestions, maybe your ram doesn't like your video cards..

maybe try a bios update? also make sure it's not a driver problem 1st.. are you cleaning the old drivers completely before reinstalling different ones?

Have you checked their temps? I had an issue where my cards were incredibly hot when in a certain order (vapor is thicker than a normal 5770, might be something similar).

Also are you previous drivers completely gone? Another issue I had was solid colour screen + bsod (although it rarely actually appeared for me) when I tried to load certain windows, turned out to be a driver/overclock problem (both your cards are the same clock speed?)

card is not overclocked, its set from factory settings, I've tried multi drivers and none work all same results.

heat not issue because I will crash @ blue screen as soon as I start the game like 1-2 min into it.

But temp gets around 77-84 ish, it does run a bit hot for the card.

**edit psu is fine as well, tested with other nvidia cards and no issues.

    This is what Evga recomends

Minimum of a 680 Watt power supply
(Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 46 amps)
An available 6 pin PCI-E and 8 pin PCI-E power connector

    This is what I have

eh???? I guess I'm short by to many amps?

Your PSU has 80A on the additionnal 12V rails but really... I don't like the brand Rosewill. Shit sounds like a trap.

If you're worried about that then I'd try using the 30A rails to test. 30A rails would be the modular 6pins, just mix it up a few times (like maybe you can combine 2 rails at once) and see if it improves. The permanent 6pins, that you probably have plugged in now, are on a 20A rail (which should be more than enough... its dedicated to it).

Those 80+ Rosewills are pretty good, it's actually Neweggs inhouse brand... they've improved quite a bit since a few years ago. Most of the 80+ ones are actually Seasonics if I remember right.

out of curiosity, could the difference in BIOS version on the two cards matter? one ends in .04 the other in .06 ?

I don't think that matters... although I'm not quite sure why it's like that in the first place. The GTX295 is a dual-chip card (like the 9800GX2)... so you'd think they'd have the same BIOS since they slap them together at the same time.

    Overclocking does that sadly.
