    Hi, I don't know if this has been asked before, if it has then i'm sorry, the question is, If I cancel my SE account linked to my POL ID, would I still be able to log in to FFXI?

    The link is permanent, they warn you of this when you do it. Closing an SE Account closes all linked accounts. It helps enforce their "one person per account, accounts can't be transferred to another person" rule.
