UK virginmedia. Got a bunch of R0 while trying to check delivery box in MH and tried logging out to reset router. I haven't managed to get back in since =/

This is not related to any specific ISP; it's just the route your traffic takes across the Internet. It also depends who your ISP uses as an upstream/T1 provider.

Sadly there's not much anyone can do to fix this, except the datacenter causing the issue, or SquareEnix (who should have a block of IPs redundant for such an incident). It doesn't take more than a couple of hours to push new IPs through DNS servers.
