Flexing skews things a bit, but hey, if you're flabby and you flex, it isn't gonna do shit either. You have to have something to show something off while flexing, otherwise you just look like those old wrestlers on the downswing flexing absolutely nothing.

Swimmer bodies look great. Not so much meat as to look freaky, but cuts in the right place, and oh, the pecs.

I'm just talking about when he was in the olympics. He was at 8% then, and as you can see from that picture, that's absolutely 0 visible fat whatsoever. Just look at his biceps and shoulders, that's like... past bodybuilder definition. And swimmers go for no fat, they don't want their skin to be "pullable" at all.

I'm not really sure what you're getting at, all I'm saying is getting below that level would be like dangerously low.

That is where all mine is at! I mean its not a ton or anything, but its enough to "muffin top" when I put on biking shorts (or just underwear). I don't know how guys can get rid of it. Its like there to stay until you get it lipo'd out of you.

Thanks for all the tips guys!

    huh?

what are you talking about? i buy my bread at publix. they make it fresh at the one i go to. (its a popular market in the south, like walmart or something but only with produce)

idk who you're referring to for 'incoherent chemicals' but i think you meant someone else. im just not a fan of corn syrup lol. idc how bad/elitist/asshol'ish that might sound, but i tell it how it is. i just dont like it and i dont think anyone needs to be putting it in their bodies. obviously im not gonna judge someone based on that, but corn syrup to me is like jesus to scientists

I wasn't directing it at anyone in particular. Just people in general.
