No this is not a useless update, this is a major major bug fix for PvP.

Hunters could solo the big trash packs in BoT at the start

1: Misdirect to the target that you want the mob to run to

2: Trap launcher, than send a freezing trap flying to the mob you want to isolate.

3: While the trap is in mid air, feign death

4: Stay FD'd till the mob is out of the group and running to the tank

chuckled at brewfest/hallow's eve items in the ptr. means 4.2 in october/november. Remember the whole "we want to push smaller yet more frequent patches"? Yeah they don't either. lol.

We're currently at 4.1. Firelands is 4.2. It just means they don't think they'll have 4.3 before October. Which makes sense, 4.2 is going to be late June / early July. I don't expect 4.3 until after Blizzcon (end of Oct), probably December.

I believe it's slower or on par, nothing really compared to what they want to make people believe in the whole "omg we're totally going to push content out faster because we lost some numbers!". I think 4.2 to 4.3 will be the signal of if they are going to be true to their word or just back talk like they do.
