I'm kinda disappointed with the nerfs coming up. Heroic Modes really weren't THAT difficult and I'd like to get a Heroic Rag kill before it happens. I think we're making good progress, but not entirely sure we'll beat the nerf next week. :/

If you're getting to p4 you might have a shot
Ragnaros heroic was already nerfed several times including a massive nerf last week. I think you guys will be fine, doubt it will be nerfed again with this next wave (at least not for a few more months).
LOLOL @ a fuckin legendary dagger and even more LOL at the LFR. LFR w/25 ppl sounds like the most painful experience I can even think of
What's wrong with a legendary dagger?
Single class legendary is fucking stupid. Should have been a 1 handed sword that can be either strength or agility. My guild doesn't even have a rogue.
only one class can use it, and only 2 spec's at that? and one of those spec's is a pvp spec mainly? Do PvE rogues even exist anymore? They sure are rare and iI'd even wager that a good amount of 10 man's don't even use a rogue... mine sure doesn't.
Make a legendary that more then 1 class, 2 spec's can use. shits stupid
Are you being intentionally dense?
Not everyone gets a legendary at every raiding tier. QQ Moar.Make a legendary that more then 1 class, 2 spec's can use. shits stupid
There has never been a legendary that only 1 class can use. For an item that's gonna take so much work shits stupid. Least it means my Druid will get a FoS next content patch since it will go to me lol
Nvm
PVE rogues should be more common. we have one and he completely dominates the charts most of the time. Start up burst thats just barely behind mages and high sustained dps. Pretty nutty.
Our 10m rolls w/ a Rogue as well~
You mean another class uses daggers? o_O Only other class I could see even wanting it might be hunters for a stat weapon, but here will probably be a staff that gives overall better stats so who knows..and that would be like giving the legendary bow to a rogue back in the day.
Other then that...shamans? The only shaman in our raid despises daggers and only uses the axe off Domo or Baleroc, cant remember and some other weapon.
Most guilds on my server don't even have a raiding rogue, most rogues rerolled for Firelands. The only rogue in our guild just kind of vanished 2 months ago and hasnt been seen since. I would say a good 80% of the rogues on the server are either alts or pvp mains. Are you being intentionally dense?
I meant that the majority of guilds who are capable of doing so will continue to farm the last tier's legendary for current-tier progression, something that's happened in every case it's been possible. Read between the lines.
Cool sample size bro. Most guilds on my server don't even have a raiding rogue, most rogues rerolled for Firelands. The only rogue in our guild just kind of vanished 2 months ago and hasnt been seen since. I would say a good 80% of the rogues on the server are either alts or pvp mains.
Oh shit! I have an alt rogue.
Initially I thought the legendary dagger reports were fake. Looks like I'm wrong.
Except VP ring and VP neck I've got a 359/353 dagger I can usually deal 20-23k dps in raids.
Only one time I was not sure why but maybe I suck, but a gear with worst gear than me, mainly 359s only, did more DPS than me on 25-Occuthar. Checking his DPS I noticed he wasn't using Rupture, and we were both Assassination. Was really strange considering if he doesn't use Rupture he should have less energy to do stuff.
If my guild dies I'll try to join a semi hardcore guild on my rogue then, heeheehee. I don't want to give up my DK at all though, for that will always be main.
RE: 25 man LFR groups
This should bring back the ICC-era excitement of 25 man raids (a.k.a. drama). At least this time people can be easily misplaced if they decided to rage quit the first trash pull due to wipe.
This should also let a lot people experience 25 man content even though it's easier.
EDIT: Was the ulduar legendary healing mace replaced by anything in ICC?
I can agree with the idea of making this "Looking for Derp Raid" tool as a way to have casuals enjoy content and learn encounters but still:
- How can people learn anything at all in 25 man?
- How can they possibly imagine 25 PUGs to stick together for hours when the most stupid BH 10man boss (5 min lenght) still have people ragequit all the time...
- Is it really necessary to add *another* tier of equip to grind? From what they said, Derp Raids will have loot in between 5man HC and raids so...
Ulduar healing mace was best throughout t10, except possibly for druid.
And my guild never farms previous tiers. Even when there's better gear to be had there and we're clearing the current content in <3 hours!
