no hunters mark stays on you but its pretty useless anyway as you "cannot be attack" no matter what while in camo, pretty useless to know where that hunter is
No traps.. no aoe fear, no fan of knives, consecrate, flare, mass dispel, whirlwind absolutely nothing can hit you (including buffs, bandages, heals, bop, that pally suicide ability forgot what its called atm). Its pretty much like GM mode, you just can't kill people in an instant, takes about 3 seconds
gotta have fun before it gets nerfed.. or will it? All they've been doing for the past month+ is buffing it

Question for the people that gotten into the beta: Is the only to apply for beta uploading your PC specs by editing your beta profile when you login your battle.net account?
think so
mmo-champion is pinning the release date at November 2nd. Finnaly going to be out of T10 content after 11 months!
with all the crazy stuff... from dps to crashes, I think it'll be december... late december >.>
Perfect move, no? In time for Xmas...
I'm guessing mid-late november release just in time for xmas like they did with wotlk as a safer bet than early november.
omg new DK changes http://pwnwear.com/forum/beta-patch-...uffy-t596.html in latest build is orgasmic.... I want to go unholy now.
yeah! Unholy is looking pretty strong for dps - so far. Can't wait to see how it all plays out.
Not sure that I really like any of the T11 set bonuses though...they don't seem to have much of an effect on unholy dps outside of the weak crit boost to DC.
If T11 looks badass (I like T10) I don't care, I will go for it![]()
can't wait to change back to unholy dps
For Lv85 I'm seeing... frost highest dps and for tanking unholy and blood (blood being the highest survival of high damage bosses)
You can't tank with anything but blood anymore, neither of the other trees have anything remotely utilitarian for mitigating damage
I mean sure you could probably pop blood presence and tank an elite, probably even most dungeons...but likely not heroics if they're serious about making heroic the real "pre-raid" step and requiring you to commit to a role, and definitely not raids when you need crit immunity.
Congrats, you have an average of 3.75% increased mitigation. In spell damage only.
Spoiler: show
Well it could help on the "avatar of the sun" in halls of origination if your dps sucks so badly he keeps using his 8K/1sec aoe rape![]()
Tanking wise, from what I read they're removing def/crit immune stuff from the gear, and it all comes down to which tree you're in to gain all this (or was it presence that adds this stuff to you? I'm sure I read tree), so I thought it was impossible to tank in any other tree.
Anyway, I was wondering with the level cap increase and new gear, what's the expected DPS a reasonably well (lets say a 5k gearscore equivalent at 85) DPSer needs to output? I was wondering how powerful we can all get with the level/gear increase. I put out 5-6k average, no cooldowns, and this jumps to 7-8k (both none ICC) with cooldowns.
I randomly read somewhere addons were disabled for beta testing, so I guess it's not possible to tell? Just wondering.
There is no way to tell anything like that. Almost all the gear above level 83 is missing, and the class/spec numbers aren't anywhere close to being tuned properly.
And all of the DK tanking stuff (and crit immunity) was moved to blood and it's mastery passives, so you shouldn't see anyone tanking as frost/unholy outside of normal dungeons and what have you, unless they significantly outgear the content, since it will be the equivalent of arms/fury/ret tanking. Likewise, blood as a dps spec should be dead.
