You know, I called a GM for something someone said the other day too. I gave the player's name, the zone, the chat mode, and the time they said it and the GM still asked me to repeat what the person said(even though they would have to check). Maybe a change in the GM policy? Seems kind of pointless.

It might just make it easier on them if they can just like Ctrl+F and type in what you said if you can give them a quote. I imagine some people can say a lot in the 10-30minutes it takes a GM to reply.
