I knew a failmly who played ffxi together had a dyna ls that always promised north land but couldn't clear windurst, so they just kept cycling in and out people cause no one wanted to be in a shell that couldn't do north lands lol.

One of my closest friends on ffxi a long time ago played with his father, who led our dynamis shell and had all jobs at 75... I could never muster up the courage to challenge the dad's stupid leadership decisions because it would be sassing my friend's father. lol

My last shell was pretty noobish and I'd say it was better when they couldn't do Northlands, because the minute they opened up Xarc it was nothing but Xarc Xarc Xarc Xarc Xarc Xarc Xarc Beauc Xarc Xarc Xarc.

It was a shitty shell the leader only made because he wanted TH4, and broke after several months of doing Xarc but not getting it, but the rules were easy enough to abuse (one run I made almost 2 mil in currency and got 2 relic drops) so as long as you could stand putting up with cliquish frat-boy 360 players who couldn't get accepted anywhere else, those kinds of shells can be fairly lucrative.
