Didn't someone said that Nocturnus was better than E.Body for TPing because the TA +1% increases your tp gain and attack doesn't?

eh I asked about it in random question thread for SAM if it would beat hauby +1 and they said it wouldn't, so I would assume it wouldn't for Ebody either, I also don't own a Nocturnus Mail yet, but we'll see what the future holds.

He's pointing out that Wyrm +1 beats Nocturnus for DRG when capped accuracy, not that Nocturnus replaces ebody (which it doesn't). The 2% haste body for WAR probably will beat ebody under the right conditions, but as it stands we don't know if those condiftions (capped acc/att) are even achievable atm.

Given that within a year we'll be level 99 and shit like dyna and ein is designed for 75s, capping acc and atk on old content should be no issue at all. Haste gear is gonna get even more valuable as level cap rises, assuming old content stays relevant at all.

Only consideration you have to use when looking at Wyrm Mail +1 is that in many Polearm setups, it means you have to use sTP in other slots (probably the grip). While this is generally still a beneficial tradeoff, it makes the piece less amazing than it initially looks.
