Perhaps there was a time when having a girlfriend really meant you were straight.

If you like brokeback mountain, you definitely gay.
Never seen it so I wouldn't know
Also for all the people hating Lady Gaga... I'm not a huge fan honestly but I posted this a few weeks ago in BG Entertainment... It's her and "Bleed" by Meshuggah mixed together pretty well.

So if you like this then are you gay? Because liking Meshuggah is about the least homo thing possible... seriously if you ever want to clear the dance floor at a gay bar just put on "I" and let it play until the end
yeah, you're gay
Your perspective on Lady Gaga is a bit flawed. M.I.A said it best, "She models herself on Grace Jones and Madonna, but the music sounds like 20-year-old Ibiza music, you know? She's not progressive, but she's a good mimic."
Once North American's get bored of her shitty electronic style, she'll be pushed aside.

As for Lady Gaga, it's throwaway pop with fairly good production... like wiping your ass with a nice handkerchief, instead of toilet paper.
The surprise to me is hearing something so similar to old techno getting regular airplay.
Is punk gay? Cus if it is then I must want to blow men left and right.
But Gaga... Come on. You don't even have to make fun of her. She does it herself by existing.
I like The Final Countdown by Europe. Which means I like Joey Tempest. Does this make me gay?

Kylie Minogue is a "gay icon" for the "gay community". So is Lady Gaga and Madonna, so there you go. The "gay community" loves poppy dance music and when the pop stars say they love gays the gays love them right back. So, that is why your friend is making fun of you. It doesn't actually mean you're gay to like them though. It just means a lot of gay people do, which basically means nothing because gay people just like diva pop dance music.
Its the stereotype, and it at least applies to the gay community which loves to embrace its stereotypes.
Final Countdown and Gorillaz izn't gay fuck that
I once heard that gays love to wear shoes, I no longer wear shoes, because i am not gay.
