According to the guys in my shell who've camped it on BST - funguar rips him a new asshole (I was just too cheap to waste jugs on this damn thing for days at a time). It's not that hard a NM - I was 2-boxing it on NIN/DNC+half-naked WHM/THF and husband reckons it's soloable NIN/DNC as long as you've got decent TP to start with.

Fucking horrid drop rate though - took about a fortnight for me to get three backpieces (although we did only have /THF TH) - one for me, one for my alt's bst, one for my husband. Least you can FoV off the placeholders to reduce the pain a bit.
