Looking at your gear Steven, there are some really massive upgrades you need to make that would far, far outweigh relic hands... you need to learn the value of patience and cost/reward in regards to your gear. --;

it clearly looks like a bind set for whm. the sash is pythia or w/e lol hes got nobles etc.

His SAM is actually pretty decked these days, and his WHM well, WHM is pretty lol when it comes to maximizing with gear anyways. Let the man buy what he wants.

For reference, at this point I would probably pay 1 mill for DRK AFv2 Legs, just to gain +4 inventory from storing the lot.

Edit: Also, what single piece of gear can he buy that outweights +15 enfeebling magic? I can't think of any offhand.

I know nothing about melee, I'm only talking about his WHM in the context of his recent post showing his sets. If he's enfeebling a lot on WHM then yeah, it's a great piece, but I don't find myself ever enfeebling on WHM, despite having a decent set for it, so if I was as low on gil as he is, I wouldn't prioritize an enfeebling piece over perfecting my cures, blah blah, what is a run-on sentance. I can't really think of a time WHM would be enfeebling a lot... maybe assault... idk. Preference I guess? I'm talking more basic upgrades, like rainbow->prism and errant legs->mahatma. For a group of people who ragged on him endlessly for not having byakko's, you sure are willingly ignoring simple things.

I can't imagine he spent very much gil on the hands. Nonetheless, you have yet to provide any example which is as great an increase as Enfeebling Skill +15.

Obviously MND+1 isn't as huge an upgrade in its category as enfeebling+15, my point was that WHM's priority is never enfeebling... And you're misreading me again. I'm saying that you ragged on him for not having huge upgrades, so why is lacking a cheap HQ acceptable?

I think HQing key and basic pieces is more important, but you clearly don't agree, so I'll move on. Remember, this is all in the context of WHM as a job, not in general terms. Templar mace/muse tariqah combination if he doesn't want to bother with teiwaz/reign/staff, roundel, Blessed+1 (especially since he's shown an interest in whmelee, which is awesome), rostrum's, star ring, enmity- rings, mamool ja earring, marduk items, zenith items...

No, he's saying it would have been smarter to invest in other, smaller upgrades that would be used more often therefor being more useful overall than a single large upgrade that rarely gets used.

If Repose were Enfeebling I could see the set being moderately useful. In all honesty, however, I can't think of a time in the last 5 years where I thought to myself "Damn I wish the Whm had stuck that Bind."

She's right though, aren't many situations where whm enfeeblings are beyond a waste of mp - be it there is already a rdm enfeebling, or the whm should be on rdm.

I dont know about you buy if/when my whm levels past 76 i'm not going to be having rdm in the same pt as me and if the mob isnt a colibri chances are at least one set of mobs to lv on is going to need at least silence.

Everything is situational, but I would consider him more gimp for not having a proper enfeebling set on WHM than for not having Mahatma slops. One can make or break you in a tight/unoptimal situation, one will reduce the amount of his Cure potency by 1-2 HP

it's a great piece for slow/para, because it allows you make better trade offs elsehwere for MND

AF2 hands is one of the most efficient sources of accuracy, in terms of sacrificing the least potency. good gloves are good.

it's funny there is so much in depth nitpicking about someones THFs PDT set etc, yet when it comes to WHM it's all hurrdurr that shit doesn't matter
