Everything is situational, but I would consider him more gimp for not having a proper enfeebling set on WHM than for not having Mahatma slops. One can make or break you in a tight/unoptimal situation, one will reduce the amount of his Cure potency by 1-2 HP

Drk Hd has been extremely scarce for my LS the past while, they've been going at top tier general lot just because everyones 4/5 on storage minus the head. Same with PLD legs, theyre fucking garbage, but its the most demanded beaucedine item atm.

This is true only if you start casting in Homam Legs, and stack all kinds of spell interrupt gear midspell, which makes it possible for you to get hit already(unless you time it like a normal person does, in which case you don't usually need the spell interrupt cause you won't get hit, making it useless again).

On another note, can use them for Flash if your other gear supports it and you don't use any other.
