    Capturing PS3 video on laptop

Are there any methods to go about doing this(preferably in at least 720p) such as any sort of USB capture card?

Other alternatives are a Dazzle capture card (SD only)

For all of these you'll need an HDMI/Component splitter.

I personally use a Hauppauge. Works great for rips to youtube.

I use the BM intensity Pro, the Shuttle(just released), and Decklink HD, I'd recommend any of their products.

The H.264 encoder supposedly works well too, but once it's encoded it's difficult to edit.

If your laptop has a PCI-Express slot you have more options, but are limited otherwise to usb(2.0) devices.
