Total bitch move, I know some will disagree with me but if I still ran a LS I would certainly like to know if someone were applying with full intentions of jumping ship in one months time. I see both sides of the argument but as someone that has been in Shin's position I can see it from his POV more so.

I'd be wary and very careful about the next shell this guy applies to, earned or not thats just in bad taste. I mean try that shit in RL at your job or next job and see how well it flies over, it doesn't seem like a big deal until you're on the other end of something like this. simply - if this person didn't deserve his items then you wouldn't have given them to him. he got them because he earned them at that time, not because you made an agreement 'you can have these items but you must stay in the shell xx amount of time'. quite ridiculous to have this warning.

I think it has less to do with the items, and more to do with the manner in which he left. According to what the OP said, Muter left on literally the first day he could without a word about it. It doesn't really matter though, since he already has a LS again so it's not like this can really change anything.
