I had curry goat today in fact.
It was amazing, because I made it with a lot of rum inside.
Rum inside you, the goat, or the goat meat?
When you cook the actual uhhh "sauce" as some would call it, you pour a lot of rum in to the mix while its simmering. When you add it in (before the meat is fully cooked), it should make the meat tender and sweeter. Also makes the surrounding sauce sweeter too.
Rum + any curried meat is a good combo.

So the only unanswered question is: did you get the goat drunk before killing it?

Mainly because I live in America, and that messy shit is taken care of
(But the process of doing it is really fucked up)
We always had a muslim farmer kill it for us, because they did prayers for the goat (halal meat) before they let me slit its throat.
