Problem with Ps store and Credit card

Ok i got a problem with both, and either Sony neither Banque Nationale (in quebec) can help

So i've been trying to link my credt card to my PSN account and after 4-5 tries it locked me out. Sony refusing to unlock me and asked me to wait 24h to get it unlocked.

Also they saying to me that sometimes someone in an appartment is having trouble

Also they are 100% sure (like me) that the problem is in my adress setup.

Here is a false adress that has the same setup as my real adress

123 Avenue de la Saison appartment 4 (means season avenue un english)

So in the Ps3 info i wrote

MasterCard
My name (on my card my name seems to be in CAPS don't know if that mathers)
Credit card numer
Expiration date
3 digit security code

On the 2nd page

for adress i wrote

123 de la saison #7 ( should i wrote 123 avenue de la saison #7? Sony asked me to keep my appartment number out sometimes)

adress 2 and 3 are empty
City well i wrote my city
Province : Quebec
Postal code : my postal code
Country : Canada


So is my adress bad written for PS3???

(I feel stupid but nothing is working for me atm.) I'm about to call my CIE to ask if my Card is AVS compatible tho

Use the address the bank uses when they send you the monthly bill statement, although for some damn reason i can link my CC to PSN anymore I used to have the same problem.

Try using one of the address lines to include your apartment number, such as

Address line 1: 123 avenue de la saison
Address line 2: appartement 7

see if that might make a difference.

Well called my Credit Card Company today and they do not support AVS

-They told me that Sony are not allowed to obligate Companies to use AVS so tldr they told me it's sony's problem or fuck it

-Then called Sony, and got answered well they don't support AVS well sucks to be you go buy prepaid card. Another way to say go fuck yourself.

Edit : What piss me of is that i wanna buy FFVII and FFVIII only which comes down to 22$ and i'm gonna have to buy a 40$ card because they don't sell them at 10$ interval

Can you get prepaid Visa gift cards perhaps? Something from a retailer where you can specify what amount you want on the card.

If all else fails, there's always other stuff you can get on the store too.

Change your address to a place that doesn't get charged sales tax by Sony. Then your total will be $19.98. It's what I do because MA gets charged, so I used my old Florida address.

Like i sais i just bought 2 20$ PSN cards

As for CC i don't wanna get 1 credit card just for PSN my Mastercard works fine for now
