How much are these stages? They seem to be pushing them out a lot faster now considering it how long it took for the first DLC to be released.

240 M$ points per stage, characters 160 per. So, $5 for stage/char with the last couple releases.
I just got all caught up on stages 8-11 and got the 8-bit characters. I'm having a blast all over again.
Yeah, I still need one more Miser, too. Can do the stage in about 3:30 solo, maybe shaving a minute off in a duo, but it's still frustrating getting RNG'd junk you don't need.
Its almost 1 week later, and I finished my shanoa, got all her spells to max, got her 2 miser rings and sonic boots, and I got for my soma that I started 2 valmanways +1, 2 claimh solahs +1 and Feather boots. Since I started to use only luck gear, rare things dont avoid me anymore :D. The only thing left for me to do in this game is to get Yasatsunas +1 for soma and start a whip char. my shanoa is sadly finished ._.. She has everything she needs, from chaos ringsx2, over death robe to ancient robe and 2x custos glyphs etc ._.
And I am not gonna touch charlotte again, still dont understand why konami nerfed her, when soma is such an OP char. Seriously slap on ancient mail + succubus soul + 2x valmanways and you cant even fucking die on mostly everything ¬.¬. Its like playing on scrub mode, I could mess up so many times with soma and I still lived (and got again full HP) while with shanoa I would have been dead years ago lol. Glad I started a char that actually needs some skill to play.
EDIT: and to top it off, Last guard soul works on R. The count, while Charlotte cant even absorb the fireballs with her natural magic shield LOL. I would never go that fight as charlotte, she brings for the team nothign to the table at all (beside the fact that she cant wear ancient mail anyway, which can be crucial for that fight).
</3 your luck. I've yet to get any of the new weapons from R.Count. Hell, I don't even have an NQ CS to use on him. Been running the fight with a Muramasa and Nebula, mainly using the former on part 1 with the latter on part 2. While I did get a second Miser, I'm only doing like 51/47 damage respectively to him. I guess I get the level done in about 8 minutes using the glitch. Not fast, but could be better.
I've yet to get any of the characters skills to level 9. I have Shanoa and Yoko's stuff to 8, but anytime someone wants to grind, they just bail 2 runs later. Meanwhile, I'd say Charelotte's biggest liability (and Yoko, I guess) in the R.Count fight is a lack of down kick to bounce over him for the fireball pinwheel. Pretty much at the mercy of distancing yourself and hoping a good enough angle makes a gap to jump through. I won't claim to be flawless on form 1, but really, the only time I fudge up dodging without Soma is when I get greedy for damage.
I fight the count with soma in luck gear (well not anymore), bar ancient armor, I keep that allways up for the count, in case I fuck up (and you know those fuck ups can happen). its 45 luck and claimh solas +1 does 65 dmg per hit. I went allways full time luck gear in chapter 10 multiplayer runs and still manage to rank 2. 3. or 1. depending how well/bad the other people are.
And what I hate about survival mode is, when people get in and you tell them they can have the 1. round, and then the proceed on YOUR next round to slaughter away... I get mad and kick them, seriously, whats so hard to understand about alternating rounds. Funny thing is I never had that problem with JPs.
I still dont understand why people run ch 10 when they cant even fight the boss, yesterday I was in a 6 man pt, and we arrived at the door and everyone said "You can have it", and proceeded to jump to the roof top. I was like, wtf, thx if I wanted a solo run I would go SOLO it.
Meh, I can understand cutting the number of bodies down on Drac. Lag can be a factor in MP games and cutting down on the number of distractions does make seeing projectiles easier. Plus I'd say he's still the hardest boss of all the chapters sans 6 Hard if Drac is Demonic Megido happy. I'll never forget the one ch10 game I played, though, where the second form was Drac's 1st without his head, hopping around shooting invisible fireballs. That one didn't end well. Anyway, I could also run in luck gear, but my damage would probably drop by at least 1/3. Losing Misers is pretty painful for Valmanways, but I guess that's a non-issue for the bosses since they suck on 'em with the single-hit thing, anyway. I know people are trying to swear by luck builds, too, but it just... I dunno, I'm not convinced it does enough to warrant losing kill speed.
I need a 2nd Misers myself and I'm 95 tries into a chaos ring with no results. ;\
2 misers, 2 valman +1, 2 claim solah +1, 2x feather boots, 1x valman normal, Anicent armor, sonic boots (and thousands of winged boots, I am caped on those) 2x death robe, healing plate is not enough convincing for you? I got this drops since last week, and thats when I started useing luck gear. I am a firm believer now, besides if you count group luck (if there exists something like that) you can up the number for the miser rings to 6, valmans+1 to 5 and claimh solais to 5. Not to mention all the shanoa spells that started to drop like madness after I put on luck gear only. Funny thing is when I got my 2 miser rings it was in a group with 3 other JPs, who wore luck gear too. we got in that 35~ run session 6 miser rings and we werent killing slowly mind you. You might call it coincidence, but after this week of full dorps I am a firm believer, LCK DEFINITLY affects boss chests and other chests too.
Well, I've tried luck builds in the past and haven't been impressed. I guess I could technically run back to the book after killing the Count and swap out, but that'd be like adding another 4-5 minutes to the run where I'm still skeptical. I've also done full luck on Shanoa trying to get things like Globus, Acerbatus, and Dextros from chests, and those took a good bit. Hell, I still don't have any of the white wolves.
I don't doubt there's some kind of group multiplier on loot, though. I think Konami even said there was, in part to promote party play and its increased difficulty. I just have a rough time in MP games where some are just so outright laggy that playing for long periods is draining. Then you've gotta get past the barrier of people not sucking, too. I've made one friend where we run stuff now and then, but both of our luck is still shoddy even when we've tried equipment swaps.
I've gotten everything from Shanoa but the last spell. Now I need to level them too. I haven't found a reliable method of killing the level 11 boss yet on hard mode. ;\
For 11's boss, you're pretty much at the mercy of much it decides to guard. I fight him defensively, so that means I'm sniping fireballs as soon as they take their first bounce so they're not an issue if another volley is launched. He's not the fast kill for Shanoa, but if you get good at dodging, you'll take it out eventually. Though, I've heard you can get her ch11 spell from the purplish chests in Hard. Might be something to try since Magnes lets her get to a few more quickly.
Fighting ch11 boss defensivly is the only way, you have to destroy the projectiles or otherwise you will be dead fast. I got Luminatio from the boss chest on normal mode. Have never seen it drop from a purple chest on hard, only from boss chests. We can do some runs together if you want my Gamertag is: Leisli.
Finally got a Chaos Ring after I beat Chapter 11 on hard a few times, but I'm still missing Shanoa's last spell. Gonna need to spend some time leveling her spells soon. Only a couple are level 9.
Yeah, I have a friend I play with who I'll need to rope into some leveling sessions.
What's your tag? I couldn't seem to play with Damane since distance/lag didn't seem to wanna play nice. Could still use a second Chaos Ring or do some skilling.
