Monitor problem: White Screen.

My Dell monitor that i have went all white on me when i was in the middle of playing a PS3 game on it, it was the Lost Planet 2 online demo. This monitor is brand new and it's only been turned maybe fifteen times total. This is a problem with the monitor itself, i can't even bring up the menu. When i press the menu navigation buttons on the side it flashes to black and back to white again, it's just pure white from the moment it's turned on and it's not supposed to be white for any part of turning it on. It's a Dell ST2210, i have a warranty on it but i don't know the first thing about sending it back to Dell for a replacement. I didn't even get any papers that said anything or had any information about a warranty. Purchased from Amazon.

Probably the electronic board that died, I have a LCD with the very same issues and it's the board that is fucked up (cba replacing it though.)

I think i'm out of luck here, my monitor the Dell ST2210 doesn't even have a service tag on it which is required pretty much for any warranty. There was a Dell order number in which you can use for the warranty but i purchased it from Amazon so i don't have a Dell order number.. It's been over the time limit for a return to Amazon. Any help as to how i can get this warranty would be appreciated.
