I guess people assume I used lense flare which I didn't you can call me the over glow champion of pointless ffxi photoshops though. I like really colorful bright shit on darker backgrounds I don't know why it just looks aesthetically nice to me. I love glowing balls of light and I know I probably over use them. It's just something i've gotten into and has stuck with most of my graphic Design.

I was just playing around with Altana viewer and that was one of the motions and I just thought it fit the player very well.

Double click on the layer and it will open up the effect menu go to the bottom select stroke set the color to black and the point value to whatever.

I'm not sure what it's called

An amendment on the previous post: You have to have the image cropped out on its own layer. If it's already pasted into the background, you won't get the outlines on the single image.
