I don't like the beta all that much. I know I will love the single player, or maybe some of the other MP modes, or even if they improve this one... but I find it kind of frustrating. The escape sequences are kinda ruined because when people come anywhere near you, you get locked into a kill animation. Also, it gets repetitive REALLY fast. I unlocked a couple perks and lost all my steam to play. I like the climbing and openness, but it feels pretty limited. I'll be getting it for the single player either way. Hopefully the trophies don't include any multiplayer stuff. I'd go back for a platinum in AC 1 if they had added it, had fun getting it in 2.

Have they unlocked Alliance yet? I haven't bothered to get on it lately because wanted gets boring quick.

Now that people have had some time with the beta, how does it feel? This seemed like the stupidest idea ever when I first heard about it but I just know I'm gonna end up buying it...

Don't get us wrong -- we like Ezio and his gentlemanly facial hair plenty, but the opportunity to play as Metal Gear Solid's bionic man, Raiden? That's simply thrilling. And it seems we'll be able to do just that, as an anonymous tipster has sent us images revealing Raiden as a playable skin in this month's Assassin's Creed game, Brotherhood. As with AC's Altair in MGS4, it seems Ubisoft and Konami have again come together to forge a beautiful collaboration for fans of both series.

Beyond the images, our tipster claims that the Raiden "outfit" is unlocked upon completing all tasks in the Animus' new "virtual training" mode, leaving us with hope that we could complete the training first and play through Brotherhood as Raiden from the get-go -- and, just maybe, fooling ourselves into thinking we're actually playing Rising.

Why the fuck isn't this game co-op?

I wouldn't doubt the Raiden costume as Altair's costume was a reward in MGS4.

There are co-op elements in the multiplayer supposedly, but doing story mode co-op would change the whole dynamic of the single player.

I got to say though, this game is looking better and better with each clip I see.
