Secure PDF file

So, my supe is taking a online course and his book is a text pdf, and he wants to print certain pages, but says not able to because it is a "secure PDF" any ways around this by any chance? Any help is appreciated of course, thanks !

try uploading it to a conversion site like this one, http://convert.neevia.com/, and asking for PDF back. although if it's a full book then it's probably way too big for sites like that. off the top of my head you could zoom in to the correct level, screen capture, paste into anything (paint etc) and print. kind of messy but that should work regardless if all he needs is random pages.
