Grinding 48 to 50 this weekend

I've been doing Calydon with exp buffs. 109k exp a kill and on chanter they don't give me too much down time or trouble. Once my exp buffs wear off I might try the Asteria elites repeatable for a while. Alone I'll get about 6.7 mil exp per turn in, 100k kinah, and 1400 AP.

i did calydins last nigth on theo and got a peter jelly recipe sold for 4 mill in less than 1 hour.

Bah. I have gotten two good drops in all of my days playing this game (one was in TG, the other was the stigma I used to buy recovery spell and split among my friends). I'm grinding the level 50 spirits in Theobomos for a change of pace. 7 bars to go.

Really I'm waiting for my habitually running late girlfriend to go out tonight.

4 bars untill dinging 49 lol... it's going much slower than i thought.

The best exp was grinding Indratu with my ranger friend, and we got a godstone that slows movement speed by 50% and 3 blue flux ~.~

Tomorrow I should get 5~ bars into lvl 49

That's why I like to grind elites. I seem to get better drops more often. My high level friends haven't been around all weekend or we could get a lot of exp by doing Steel Rake lower with 2-3 people. Can't wait for Mountain Crash.

Yeah, sucks elite farming is pretty much limited to certain classes if solo. I tried doing a few lepharists on my cleric last night, and I guess I'm just rusty as fuck or updating from my daeva armor set hurt me more than helped. Oh well.

yeh first time trying elites on ranger since i gave him full flash, and was pretty quick killing LC elites, for 750k a kill, 905k w/lodas lol.

Honest opinion, though, both options suck. Was kinda hoping NC had tweaked TNLs by now instead of feeding EXP weekends, but whatever. Suggested date I've seen pimped for 1.9 is the 24th.

Please no not that week! So much is going on that week already, namely my sister-in-law having a baby x.x

I'm kinda doubtful with 1.9 not even being on the PTR yet. Plus I'd think the 26th or whatever would be more likely with it coinciding with weekly downtime... assuming they keep their word on May release.

Somewhere I read that 1.9 will be coming to 1.9 "soon" ... think it was in the spotlight of the week or eye of the community or w/e it is they do weekly.
