try using pulled pork as the meat and a zesty jack daniels sauce
different, but damn tasty if done well
* 3 cups uncooked ziti pasta
* 1 pound ground beef
* ½ cup onion, chopped
* ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
* 1 cup milk
* 1 cup barbecue sauce
* 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
* ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease a 2-quart casserole.
3. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
4. While pasta is cooking, cook beef and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes; stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain.
Mix beef, pasta, 3 tablespoons of the parsley, milk, barbecue sauce, mozzarella cheese, and 1 cup cheddar cheese. Spoon into casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining ½ cup cheddar cheese.
Bake uncovered 30-40 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining parsley before serving.
I'm not a fan of the shore anymore. I go there once or twice a year to remind myself how quickly it gets to be boring. I think I'm going to try and push my friends to go to Atlantic City sometime this summer instead.
Also, that sounds nasty. barbecue sauce does not replace marinara.
Stop getting all italian mafia in my food thread that's itali....ok you can keep going
I used to live in Lake Hopatcong. Shit was classy, rich faggots, etc.
