I had a similar issue, I wanted to get business class cable (50down/50up) for my arcade so we could do full-quality Hi-Def streaming of our game-nights and tournaments, and holy shit...

The tech to install it has simply not showed up ...

9 FUCKING TIMES...it's been 3 months now.

I finally just got residential service installed by a local company in a vacant apartment upstairs and fed it down for the time being, but with only 2mb up I can only do a single half quality stream.
