This thread is all the proof that I'll ever need that women don't understand men what-so-ever. Of course men are going to make light of a teenage boy fucking his hot teacher, it's an accomplishment. The effects of sex on men are vastly different than those on women. It isn't hypocrisy. It isn't a double standard. It's a Y chromosome. You'll be hard pressed to find a man who believes this kid is a "victim" (himself included, no doubt).

Another thing that tends to piss me off about threads like this is people confusing legality with morality. They are not interchangeable. Granted, I don't believe in the concept of morality anyway, but to be clear, laws are based on accountability (ideally. Morals are based on what Superman-in-the-sky tells you to do so you don't go to hell (read: manipulative rulers thousands of years ago who wanted to better control their populace, and crazy people on street corners).

Sex is programmed into our DNA and it was meant to start well before the age of 18. Accountability is the reason that number was chosen, not morality. Not that I disagree with the law. Teenage parents are a drain on society, and sex with prepubescent teens is illogical and harmful.

Actually I'm pretty sure the 19>9 would be more severe but that's because it falls under he "extremely young" category. I have no idea about these laws off the top of my head, but almost positive the law punishes lewd acts with someone under 13 more harshly than someone over 13.

This really doesn't take away from your point as you could have just said a 19 year old dating a 13 year old and it would have had the same intended effect.
