The thing thats really interesting/sucky about doing something like this, a GM will be able to do nothing unless that person physically agrees to "Im going to pass on everything Im just going to get the win!"

Same case with sponsoring gods, or popping anything for that matter with people killing it for you. If not every single person in the alliance agrees to pass a certain item, its "free game" and a GM cannot do anything.

Because taking the glass out of your bazaar & then Ninjalotting would be easy enough? He just had to run to a small part of the zone where nobody is paying attention to him, take the glass off his Bazaar and commence lootwhoring.

He actually did run to a small part of the zone, but i found him, mpked him, and he came back. We talked to GM, they did respond fast.. ok like 5 mins.. i asked him to just erase the glass of the inventory.. but no they didnt, this guy lotted everything until the end.

but, we know about a hmn shell, which asked a GM to erase a ls pearl of a kicked member at fafi camp. which wonder.. the GM DID erase the ls pearl.. they can erase ls pearls, but not glasses.. thats great.

You should pay attention to the post above yours, and do a little more thinking about Linkshells on top of that.

To elaborate, if you do not set very specific guidelines for a member prior to handing them a Perpetual Hourglass, they can -- in theory -- do whatever they want. This is an MMORPG after all, not a game you've created with your own instated rule set, and the GM isn't a slave to your expectations. However, you can set regulations by stating them clearly in text. It really isn't that fucking difficult, and it amazes me that people still believe it's outrageous.

Lay shit out. Say something like: "I understand that you need the win in this zone, which we're going to start in fifteen minutes. We're an established Linkshell, and only so-and-so can lot on currency. If we let you in, you must agree that you won't lot on any ancient currency at all, and if any drops to you, that you'll give it to so-and-so in a trade. Do you agree? Please say "yes" or "no"." It doesn't matter if you're such a pussy that you feel embarrassed about typing that out. Do it, and be Goddamn specific.

Ideally, they'll respond with a "yes," and from there, you can get more specific. Don't accept a vague answer. Force them to agree to not lot on any relic. Tell them they have to leave after they've clicked the ??? for the win. Be as detailed as you can be, and write down the time within which the discussion took place. It'll take only a few minutes, and will give the GMs something to work with when they try to recover your shit later on. This works for things like fighting sky Gods, and so on, so forth. I've done this for loot, loaning Gil, et cetera, and I've never been fucked over.

Alternatively, you can be a lazy fool and get screwed over again and again.

As for the Linkshell matter, Linkshell holders can get pearls destroyed because they're obviously in charge of the group, and can ask for help in that regard. The reason it's easier for GMs to enforce this is because you have a fucking in-game item that looks like a Goddamn seashell, so no log-based verification is required.

I would think that people understood how this shit worked after seven freakin' years.
