oh, good that you bumped this, I forgot about earlier today when I was at the walk-in clinic with my gf and it was really crowded so they shuffled a few people up to the 3rd floor clinic

receptionist called them by name and said they'd be seen by Doctor Who

I whispered to my girlfriend that hopefully they get seen by the 9th Doctor but I don't think she had a clue what that meant
