This is true. I've had so many people comment on my accent though, especially when I was in the US, and now in Europe too... I guess Aussie accents aren't that common And when I've been on vent I always get very positive comments about it so yeah, tis good times.

But I'm a sucker for various British accents so I can see the accent-attraction thing.
