For Y/G/K, str > all on most things. So Osode, Smilo+1 mantle, some boots with str on (or sTP if needed for 6-hit). For Rana, put some attack and acc in, so haub+1, forager's, etc.

Most HNM level targets you would be better adding a bit of atk most likely though! Also ditch the PCC for a sea gorget asap. Very noticeable difference on YGK

Who all get hit by Accession Cures? Cures are alliance-wide? Or just the party of the person being cast on? What about self-target buffs? Those hit the SCH's party only, right?

Outside of campaign/besieged: This is correct, anyone within 10' of the target and in the same party will be hit.

In campaign/besieged friendly NPCs count as being in party with everyone, every players, so protect/cure/na etc on them will hit everyone in range. You are not in party with them, however, so spells on yourself only hit your normal party.

Something I did find out though is that generals in Besieged and their NPCs are in party and you can AoE cures on them. Not that this is hugely helpful but a couple of times it was an easy way of spending MP.

I am stumped.

I am trying to buy a Patriarch Protector's Arrow from a Windurst Conquest Overseer. I am a fine, upstanding, Rank 10 San D'Orian citizen. (I am Rank 1 in Windurst).

From the lolFFWiki, it says I can purchase the quiver from a Foreign Consulate in my home nation. The wiki states:

Foreign Conquest Guards are limited National Conquest Guards and only offer some of their functions. They are located in the consulates of each city and may serve players allied with the same nation in the following ways:

Grant Signet
Recharge Emperor Band, Empress Band, or Chariot Band
Accepts traded Crystals to fill up the Rank bar to open new Missions.
Sells items in exchange for Conquest Points
For players allied with a different nation, you will only be able to purchase items with Conquest Points

However, whenever I go to Chapal-Aful W.W. in Northern San D'Oria, he tells me to speak with someone from my own country. I even go to the San D'Oria consulate located in Windurst Woods and my only options for purchase are items from my home nation.

I have tried this when Sandy was first place and Windy was second place. Today, Windy is in first and Sandy is in second place, so I tried it again and still nothing.

What am I missing here? Am I reading this all wrong?

Talk with the Windurst NPC in Windurst (or talk to the right one in your home nation's consulate?) I'm fairly sure I picked up all the relevant arrow/bolt without ever leaving North Sandy.

That's exactly what I am doing (and exactly what I thought to do). I speak to Chapal-Aful W.W. in the North Sandy consulate for Windurst. He just tells me to go speak to someone from my home nation. No other dialogue.

I have tried talking to all the other NPC's in the Windy Consulate in North Sandy, but nothing...

I can't figure it out for the life of me.

Note: You may purchase some items from other nations' Conquest Overseers if your nation is higher in the actual Conquest hierarchy, but at the CP cost of the next higher rank (see also the Conquest point items articles). For example, if you were rank 7 of Windurst allegiance and Windurst was above Bastok in the current Conquest standings, you could buy a rank 7 Gold Musketeer's Bolt from a Bastokan Conquest Overseer, but you would have to pay 40000 CP (the price for a rank 8 item) instead of 32000 CP (the price for a rank 7 item). You also have to go to that nation, and use the Conquest Overseer there (rather than ones in Jeuno), for the privilege of paying more for foreign goods.

But I swear I tried it before with Ranks: San D'Oria 1, Windurst 2. (It was a couple weeks ago. When I tried it, I figured maybe then I was dointwrong and so I waited until Windy was first...)
