FF11 Steam Purchase

Hey I could not post in the FF11 section so I decided to post here I am hoping someone can help me.

Last night I tried to access the Kazham Keys quest from Guddal and found I couldn't. Turns out none of my expansions are not registered even though I purchased the FF11 Ultimate collection from Steam. Steam only gave me one cd key but I assumed it was some special key that registered all my expansions like it was supposed to. Now last night I noticed for the first time that when I am logging in the expansions are all dimmed, showing that they have not been activated.


Has anyone come accross an issue like this? Do you know what I should do. I have contacted Steam Support, but maybe there is something else I can do to solve this.

When you put in the CD key to register the original game, it asks you if you want to register all the other expansions at that time. If you say yes, it will automatically register them for you. If you click no, I assume you have to put in that same CD key in manually in the proper area.
and tech is probably a better place for this thread.

Don't forget to also register the expansions in PlayOnline for your account- you do this on the FFXI screen, Content ID > Expanded Services section, click Register ID. You need to actually register on your account that you have the expansions.
