Not sure if you're looking for advice or anything but I'll give it anyways.

Basic midscreen combo is pretty much, as much normal as you want > hell's fang.
Overhead midscreen combo is, 6B > 5C > 6C > dash cancel > 5D > dash > 5C > j.C > j.D > j.C > j.D > inferno divider

Corner combo is, starter > 5D(1) > 214D > dash 5C > j.C > j.D > j.214C > 5D, 623C/623D > 236C > 236C > dash under 3C > 22C
starter can be throw, j.214B > 2A > 5B, 6B > 5C > 6C dash cancel, 6C dash cancel etc

Saw you let some hell's fang go unpunished. There's plenty of time to dash up and do whatever.

If you don't know how to read number notation then just imagine a keypad.

Nah I was more just laughing that the guy was so salty after a WIN he felt the need to send a PM, and that he tried to say that using standard BnB combos is some sort of cheap tactic. Wasn't my best round but I'm pretty comfortable with what I use at the moment, my combos aren't optimized but I for things that I'm sure I won't drop instead of attempting something I might not pull off if there's a tiny bit of input lag or I just botch the input. In the corner for example, I know I have trouble consistently pulling off the dash under > 3C > 22C combo ender reliably at my current skill level, so I do 5D > 623D > follow up to at least get a bit more damage/heat out of the end, it's not the best possible combo ender but I can do it reliably and it's better than dropping something else.

Best salt moments I have in BB are people who rage-quit or whining over PM when they lose to me, a Tao main.......on a laggy connection.

Fuck, if I kicked your ass on Tao with a half-second response time, you deserve to lose. It's IMPOSSIBLE to do any of her combos.

I set my custom match settings to only allow 3+ connection. It takes forever to find a match sometimes but it's worth it.

Tao: j.8d - Untechable time reduced, can only combo 2 loops before they tech now

FUCK! She NEEDS that loop to deal anything above 2.5k dmg on her combos, and it's not exactly easy to pull off either unlike Noel's 4k or Ragna's never-ending rushdowns. I hope a future loke test adds more revisions to her to make up for it. I'm still hurting over the 3C nerf from CS2.

looks like Rachel's cat chair got nerfed a bit, while I personally like it because that's going to help me out, I think it was one of the few good tools she had left in CS and it probably should've stayed

I'm just hoping CS2+ will just be another balance update for us + DLC character.

I already invested enough in DLC for CS1, I'd rather not have to go out and buy a new copy at $40 just for a new (horrible) announcer + character.



Also, no Nerf on Noel's silencer (whatever the gun attack is when opponent is on the ground) didn't get nerfed. Cat chair I'm indifferent towards, although it was one of Rachel's best punishing moves. I don't understand the 'head attribute' in some of the changes though.

Her j.2C being cancellable on hit is actually pretty significant. It opens up combos/oki that were taken away from CT to CS. It would be nice if you can also cancel on block, but I guess that would bring her too much to her CT version.

Pretty sure they announced that it'd be just a patch like CS2 was.
