The more I play the more I think Advanced Input(the 5F buffer) really does not affect as much as people think it does. The majority of the bnbs are cancels and not links, a ton of the links still have to be timed properly, rather than just having the move go off at the first available frame, meaning if you try to hold down the button for the 5F buffer the move will come out too early. The only two things it has a major effect on is post dash-cancel juggling attacks(this is a major deal though); and buffering dashes to come out at the end of moves that aren't dash cancelable, and that's pretty situational usage as is.
If anything the biggest change is that combos that the person can do offline are more likely to come out reliably online under 2-3 frames of input lag, which is stretching it for a greenbars connection with BB netcode. I don't see the big deal, seems like a dumb point to complain on. Not having FRCs would be a bigger scrub-friendly bitching point imo.
