Supposedly there is 3 DLC character, so not sure which is the 3rd character. I read they will be available to buy on Aug 2nd.

Heard Nu will be the unlimited form of Lambda(A11), so she probably won't be usable on rank matches.

Does Aksys Games usually lower their budgets on follow-ups/revisions of their fighting titles?

I've not followed along their GG series so I can't tell if it's just normal for them to get away with what they got going or not. SSF4 upping the ante on expectations also adds insult to injury.
